Community Information

Units for Sale within The Commons Common Interest Community

Residents should have received a welcome package from The Select Group, Inc. They will be the new Management Company for The Commons beginning June 15, 2009.

The Commons is a private community including 120 independent family units built by Terry Peterson and managed by the association and their contractors.  The Commons is just minutes from Interstates 64 & 264, making access to Virginia Beach and the Hampton Roads area fast and easy. The community maintains a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Member-at-Large.
