The Commons is a unique community of 80 single family condominiums and 40 duplex condominiums. The community is conveniently located in the Kempsville neighborhood of Virginia Beach, just minutes from Interstates 64 and 264.

Residents enjoy the benefits of home ownership without the hassles of outdoor maintenance. The landscaped common areas are maintained by the association, as are the pool, pond and streets. Unlike other condominiums, residents own their units from the outside in. The association maintains the roof shingles and siding of units, while the residents take care of the rest.

The neighborhood is quiet and secluded without being too far off the beaten path. Many shopping and dining options are just up the street.
